BeingOnline partnered with Smiths Group plc to build their new website on the Umbraco CMS platform. This is the latest iteration of Smiths global website that BeingOnline have delivered and supported since 2007. As part of a multi-site architecture, we configured four websites within a single Umbraco instance to host shared content. These sites include the Smiths global corporate site, Careers website and India website.

In collaboration with Smiths, we utilized high-quality photography and video, interactive blocks, and clearly defined messaging and strategy to build a modern, impactful visual interface. This interface not only meets regulatory compliance requirements but also effectively showcases global engineering innovations. Key features of the site include integrated share price feeds for the Investor Relations section, a document repository for financial reports and presentations, and a careers microsite integrated with a new applicant tracking system (ATS). The bespoke Azure hosting solution configured by the BeingOnline ensures high levels of performance resilience, especially during periods of peak traffic activity.
