Being have relaunched the Northern Ireland Water web site which is designed to allow site visitors to access the information they want as quickly and intuitively as possible.
By analysing the flow of traffic to all parts of the site we identified several common customer journeys that were taking place. We then added analysis of the NI Water Call Centre calls to ascertain the issues that water consumers most frequently get in touch about. By merging these together we were able to create a content hierarchy and redesign aligned with the key communications objectives of NI Water. As with all projects delivered, we continue to analyse the statistics to ensure the site always reflects what consumers want to see.
The new home page includes clear signposting to the new Education site which has been shortlisted for the UK CIPR awards in excellence best web site category www.niwater.com/education
