Stena Line, one of the world's leading ferry companies, offers a range of ferry travel and holiday services to Ireland, Britain & Holland. Stena Line is the largest ferry operator on the Irish Sea with over 3 million passengers travelling on their routes every year.
The brief
We have been providing Stena Line with web based solutions since 1997 for 11 route based websites throughout the UK and Ireland. In that period we have provided a vast range of products and services - from content management systems to campaign microsites.
Stena Line UK and ROI required Being to implement an enterprise level CMS – SiteCore – to centralise multiple sites right across Europe. Built on the .NET framework and based open standards and international accessibility standards.
The result
Being rolled out SiteCore to replace the previous 11 route based sites across the UK and Ireland.
We also provide the highest levels of support with minute-by-minute updating of information and product promotional activity. Implementing the CMS allows us with the ability to quickly respond to a ever-changing travel market and assist Stena Line drive sales both online and offline and provide quick lead generation. We can also quickly test and refine content and e-campaigns, create customer dialogue and help build the brand, making the web an increasingly more attractive media choice for Stena Line.
